I believe Thais are exempt from the Darwin Awards. Mosha, I could quote millions of examples of idiots from every country in the world who qualify for an award in stupidity. Thais are an easy mark to pick on but we are all guilty of stupidity at times. I know, I am a champion in that field. |

Thais are an easy mark to pick on but we are all guilty of stupidity at times. I know, I am a champion in that field. I wasn't having an intentional dig, but when you see the ways the find to kill themselves on motorbikes it makes me wonder. A few years ago down the road from us. 14 year old tied a jacket round his neck like a cape. Lies down on his motor bike seat and goes flying down the road. Back draft blew his jacket over his face, and he slammed into a tree Tree survived, he didn't. |

Sounds cruel, but I think Nature is at work when stupid people like that are removed from the gene pool. That must be the reason because a smart person would not do that. Wear a cape, I mean.  |

My missus knows one from Sisaket. He travels are Thailand telling people's future and is paid nicely for it. A two week tour of the bars of CM probably keeps him in living expenses for months.

I say the retractable blade on his magic knife jammed, and did not in fact retract when pressure was applied to it.
As an ex-greaser I would put the accident down to a "lack of maintenance".

I may not believe in "mediums" but I do believe there is some weird shit going down out there that I cannot explain, so who knows what to believe. But in the case of the OP it strengthens my believe in the Balance of Nature. Although that has holes in it as I have made it this far. |
