A mate of mine is going to Pattaya at Christmas - this guy is a cracker. He wants to know the, ahem, hotspots and must-sees in Pattaya. With me being the gentle, virginal type, I'm at a loss. I think he's booked a hotel five minutes from walking street. So, in praise of Pattaya - where to go, what to do? Cancel the hotel right now, he doesnt need to go anywhere near WS. Best he books up with LK Metro Apartments on soi LK, right in the heart of the action, but be rest assured that place is always busy with FIFO types. Where to go, stick to soi LK and soi Little England, aka Bua Kao. Bars, off the top of my head, Scooters, Cafe Racer, Champagne a go go, harks back to a time gone by, hassle free service, non rip off prices, no pestering for overpriced ladydrinks and no bill padding. For brekkie he has a choie of i rovers, or the buthcers round the corner on soi bk. If he likes to walk on the wild side he can pop into pooks bar on soi bk. For his information, bar fines pay no more than 500 baht, an all nighter will cost him 1,500 baht, if he is dumb enough to head to rip off central aka as WS he will being paying well above those prices. |

What if there's two of them? Would be a shame for the innocent guy.  I wouldn't worry about that Smokies Uncle Benni, likes that also, two for the price of one, shalom. |

I am sure it is me.
But two of the most popular mods over there I absolutely despise.
Whilst three or four of the less popular have become good friends.
There are however the mutual tossers.

LK is a top bar and great rooms, the only reason i dont use the place, no car park.
Will you be joining him, I will be down that way in Dec.

I just got a suspension by rimmer for saying I'd run jing ting over if I was an uber driver And so you should, you should have known Uber is banned in Thailand, and the rabid red taxi drivers / taxi mafia dont like competion...next infer you would run the BBQ over on your second hand honda wave and all will be fine I once recieved a lengthy suspension one time on the dark side for stating a badger was a rodent and not the technically correct Mustelidae, ie its not a rodent |

My dad recommends some place thats 70 metres to the beach and 600 a night. Probably a bit late now if he's already booked.
