ok so I have managed to watch a few. Which is an achievement for an old sod like me. and frankly I am enjoying them. Maybe get the wife a little more involved if that is possible. I like watching his vids for the simple reason, they guy is out there doing it on his own and not being led around like some special needs child, more power to him. |

The brief cameo by the wife and mother in law today was a nice touch.
It shows he isn't some two week millionaire trying to con an audience.
Which frankly most of these vloggers seem to be.

Every video has good reviews.

Here is the new one. Checked out Chang Erewan buildings The Trust and Aspire. There is not much over there, even street food wise. You would probably have to get on the bts to even grab groceries, or maybe someone here knows the area better? Maybe there is a little market I missed or something? I also give my opinion on what type of units should be at least a bit more fullproof on the renting and resale market in this one. Don't claim to be a pro property investor, just my opinion  |

Those Aspire 1 bed plus had all glass doors seperating ALL the rooms. It is like a studio feel. I don't know why they do that.

I stayed p**sed a little longer than I would have liked, but yeah not too bad for me. Thinking about the US equivalent helped a lot. I always fight my tickets in us no matter what so they are totally stressful and end up taking days to resolve. Thai way is a million times better The other thing I really admire about the Thai system is the efficiency and return on their investment. They just had a blockade about 80 meters down from this really confusing turnoff, the one where I got funneled over and had to get over so I did not drive out into the boondocks. Slow moving traffic, i got over and they just flag you down and get the money in two minutes, no paper record of it whatsoever.  so good. |

And we don't want that. I may have taken it too far. I figure my vlog is about Thailand and expats, and this guy was sayin some stuff i thought hilarious. My favorite was the blaming Thailand for bacterial infections while petting and holding a farm cat in your lap. I need to work on my delivery. It came off more serious than i intended. Thanks. |

Hit the market to restock on eggs this morning. Are over-easy eggs ok in Thailand?....
What have you all found when it comes to this, I would be curious if my luck has just been good?
Stay tuned till the end of this one as there was an interesting almost head-on collision with another expat.
