A remarkable comment of ''praise'' coming from the expert in hate of the English and the UK.

A remarkable comment of ''praise'' coming from the expert in hate of the English and the UK. Expert? Although I don't have to explain myself to you, for once let me tell you I just follow that great, real great Englishman Sir SiamPolee. I only have to state for it to be true.

Oh that your flattering comments were made of crystal glass, they would then indeed recreate this board into a stunning shining palace of exquisite crystal splendour.

I thought about sticking my mod hat on here but instead I'll add my tuppenceworth. The story is anything but about Moslem hatred as its Moslem gays who are being targeted and no one else really other than thieves and lowlifes. How they choose to deal with thievery is up to them but homosexuality is to me something genetic and from birth and harming no one intrinsically therefore in enforcing a law which is barbaric and ridiculous they should be shunned by all of the Western nations. Have to disagree with the "harming no-one" bit. They are becoming very aggressive in their approach and have gone beyond seeking tolerance

Effing phone cut off my most profound thoughts (again), can't be arsed repeating it.

Effing phone cut off my most profound thoughts (again), can't be arsed repeating it. I'm using a USB hotspot with SIM, plugged into my notebook. Fairly reliable and usable keyboard and lots of text on screen even with larger font. But then, sometimes I'm just an old fart

Are they walking along the streets of Brunei asking sexual favours of young boys whilst wearing tight leather pants and makeup? Some of the posting on this thread is straight out of the dark ages....you all need to have a good look in the mirror is my opinion.

Is it not up to Brunei as to how they set their laws and is it not up to the people who live there to decide whether they wish to remain, in light of them? Who are we as a non-muslim race/country to criticize the laws of others based on our own different teachings and standards. And I totally agree with the post above (88) regarding keeping matters hidden, what goes on tour stays on tour kinda thing. Finally, I wonder how much of the seemingly anti-muslim sentiment is really just a way of expressing disdain for the anti-gay sentiment that exists in Islam, I don't like one aspect of the religion so it must all be very bad, I don't like extremists so they must all be very bad, hmmm! Yes CM if a country chooses to exterminate all white people or all Rohinga or all aborigines up to them! Kill them all its your country and none of our business! Another look in the mirror required.

But Brunei hasn't done those things, has it, it has merely reinforced the religious laws that already existed there, the ones that people abided by anyway!

What people do is their own business, but homosexuality is not normal and should not be touted as a normal lifestyle. Permitting it is one thing, advocating it is another.

There I was thinking dinosaurs were extinct.

What these people are missing is MDMA, Psilocybin and some <duck>ing good electronic, or just any music that will make people think/feel mother nature's tits.
They have the money for a good sound system, out under the palm trees.
They just don't like fun.
DO NOT DO THIS IN THAILAND THOUGH AS IT IS ILLEGAL AND YOU COULD GET THE DEATH PENALTY!!!!

Well it is claimed that the great sky wizard made ''man'' in his own image,(the great sky wizard must have been, probably still is to a a misogynist). Must have been on some good shit then when involved in that modeling section. Albert Hoffman and Timothy Leary the senior lab assistants I wonder?

I don't understand how anyone can possibly advocate their sexual inclination, brag about it yes, advocate no. Sexual preference is an individual choice, it's not a commodity where people are swayed by advertising...oooo look, there's that advert for homosexuality again, I think I'll give that a try tonight....I don't think so! I think when people are saying that one or the other is right or wrong they are simply saying that they are happy with their particular orientation and can't imagine o want anything different, either that or they are trying to stand out from the crowd by being different, elitist or provide shock value. I remember Sting bragging about how he and his wife Trudie are really into tantric sex and how great it is, WTF, who cares and who wants to know. Each to their own, I think they all should be permitted if that's what the community they live in want and agree upon, but regardless of which choice is made, none of it needs talking about really, I mean, somethings really are personal and I think sex is one of them.

homosexuality is not normal It's not as common as heterosexuality, but it most certainly is normal. It exists in every human culture across the globe, and has been documented in over 450 species of animals worldwide (Bagemihl, 1999). Indeed, "No species has been found in which homosexual behaviour has not been shown to exist, with the exception of species that never have sex at all". web.archive.org/web/20070929131358/http://www.news-medical.net/?id=20718
