I was speaking generally, not specifically about Brunei. What people do is their own business, but homosexuality is not normal and should not be touted as a normal lifestyle. Permitting it is one thing, advocating it is another. Its normal for homosexuals. There I was thinking dinosaurs were extinct. Dinosaurs again, you are developing a thing about them. A lesson there perhaps, if a very simplistic one. If there were too many homosexuals the human race would also be extinct. According to another mango every animal species has had homosexuals, has anybody ever posited the theory that this was the dinosaur problem? And are you on a diet of raw meat, ten inch nails and girders lately? |

Made me think of Churchill's characterisation of the navy as 'The traditions of the Royal Navy are rum, sodomy and the lash'. Not the first time he took an existing quotation and improved upon it. "Rum, Sodomy and the Lash" was, of course, the title of an album by The Pogues. Not generally a fan, but the final track is emotional: "We buried ours, and the Turks buried theirs, and it started all over again ..." That said, I prefer the June Tabor's a cappela version. |
