I bent down 10 minutes ago and my back just locked up.
Can't move it, current posture is like Notradam.
have any of you ever suffered this before?
Do I need to go to a doctor?

It's not very helpful, but you're mixing up "The Hunch Back of Notre-Dame" and "Nostrodamus".
I do, however, understand your predicament.
When I was about 15 a sadistic games master (and aren't they all sadistic?) forced me to carry an incredibly heavy mat for his own sexual gratification. I, as they say, put my back out. At the end of the day I had a two mile walk home. After an hour I'd probably covered a couple of hundred yards whilst in complete agony.
At that point another master (who happened to be a friend of the family) walked along the same path and saw my predicament. He called my mother.
Anyway, my mother picked me up. To make things worse, she and my father were due for a very fancy meal at a top restaurant in the area that evening, paid for by one of my father's business acquaintances. My mother felt she couldn't leave me, so missed the poncy food. Even to this day she's never forgiven me for that.
The next day a doctor visited and prescribed paracetamol.
I spend a few days flat on my back in bed. Couldn't even wank - it was too painful.

Yeah it's painful and my stomach muscles are tensed, I guess to compensate.
Currently sat on an exercise ball slouched forwards it's eased up a little, but still locked.
Guess it's just a matter of sitting it out and maybe applying frozen peas.
I only bent down for my strides.

Send someone to get some pills. Not a permanent solution but it will get you rolling again. Then a long hot shower.

Heat not cold. Once you are moving head to your local supermarket, grab a trolley for support and walk, walk, walk, walk... If you can find something above your head that will take your weight hang onto it and lift your legs/ stretch your back. It does work. Or lie on your back, bend one knee and (keeping your shoulders on the floor) cross the bent knee across your other leg. Stretch. Then do the same with the other leg. If that makes sense.
Yes been there done that more than once.

Another cure I have heard of however I have never tried it. Put your dick on the dining table and smack it with a hammer. It doesn't cure your sore back but it takes your mind off it for a while.

All well and good but no doubt that the tears such an action would bring to your eyes would probably run down your face to your shoulders and bring on ''they old rheumatics''.

Every few years I hurt my lower back to the point I can lay, sit or walk but not move from one position to the other without getting tears in my eyes. Putting on pants tricky, putting on socks forget it. It's like some nerves got twisted or clamped between back and hip bones. Mostly up after a day, but moving oh so slowly for a week. Wife makes me take some capirox-10 then. A little bit of massage in lower back also helps speed up recovery.

Send someone to get some pills. Not a permanent solution but it will get you rolling again. Then a long hot shower. I find that useful. Diclofenac gel. It's basically an NSAID (like Ibuprofen,Naproxen etc) gel, but much safer in my view than taking NSAIDs long term (few days OK) which are terrible for your gut and immune system if used too long. It's available here in Thailand. Voltaren gel is another brand which contains diclofenac. More expensive though for basically the same thing.
Another one is Fastum Gel (Ketoprofen - another NSAID). That's a bit better for me, but both are good. Different people may experience differently
Counterpain is another but less effective in my view

If you're in Bangkok. Bionergy practice is worth a visit on Sukhumvit Soi 23. One of the first chiropracters in Thailand, founded by the late Dr.Don. I've been going there on and off for about 15 years or so. They have changed the chiros since Don died. Dr.Chase I saw a few weeks back was good. Costs around THB 1,600. Always been well worth it for me. I found chiro more useful than physio, and also better than doctors at a hospital who basically just want to prescribe meds, or do surgery in worse cases . Obviously depends on your condition. But chiro is worth a look.
