So I bought that SAM for nothing, jeeze, that was a waste of money. 43.2 at the airport today so I went in light. You have time....don't waste it!

Yeah I'm wondering what to do in a few weeks. Just turn up with rolls of $hundreds and hit the bank, or pull it from the wall like I normally do?

The Dollar Index is just off a one year high at 106.xx, that's probably as good as it gets unless there is an event that causes a rush towards safe haven currencies. There's no good news to be had on the Pound side of the equation so no help there. Thailand's in high tourist season, historically a time of Baht strength but I don't think anyone sees THB surging to new highs in the current environment. I took 44.12 last month because I thought it was a ceiling, if I had to make the same decision again today I'd take todays rate. Sorry I can't be more hopeful. This may help a little: currencystrengthmeter.org/www.switchmarkets.com/tools/live-currency-strength-meterAs for AUD: it's driven mostly by the strength of the Yuan and that story is not a good one, as you will know. I personally would avoid ATM's here if possible because of the high charges. tradingeconomics.com/china/currency

Not with an Aussie card I built a house pulling money from the wall. You know, dumb <c**t> and all that. But that was 20 years ago. What's the best way today?
