Just thought I'd engage in a little "get to know one another better" thread".... 
BM members locales. Would be nice to know where folks are posting from.
I'm in Amphoe Taphan Hin, Phichit Province. Occasionally commute to the States for brief business.

Hamilton in Scotland, though I live in Glasgow. ( I'll let you off with the mangy Scots shouldn't be allowed to fly comment earlier ).
Thai base is Chiang Mai, normally for 6/7 months a year. Looks like it will be only 3 months this year as my business is booming. We're short staffed - meaning I have to work, an activity I'm not keen on.

Lom Sak,Phetchabun province but normally spend six months a year on oil rigs and the rest at home here,recent down turn has led me to have a mini break this year,I'm not complaining but will need to work some time.
For the last year I've been flying in and out every three three weeks Aberdeen to Bangkok via Schipol with KLM .
And then on a helicopter to the Borgsten Dolphin which was a Tender Support Vessel for the Total owned Dunbar Platform,that was my home from home.
And NO I'm NOT Charlie H from TV as someone pointed out yesterday.
I'm originally from Great Yarmouth Norfolk 20 miles from Norwich.

Currently sitting on a swivel chair in Aberdeen playing with the knobs on the laughing gas.
Soon back to the condo balcony in Bangkok to smoke one of Johnny's perfectly rolled joints.
