Just managed to set up my package again on CTH Grammy so I can watch tonight's Premiership. We bought a CTH/GMM box last year with a 1 year subscription. It ran out recently and I wanted to watch the football this weekend. Called them and the usual no joy and waiting on the phone and waiting and waiting and waiting.... Then tried their website. Finally found it. Registered my wife. Then paid. Now back in business. I was particularly chuffed as it was all in Thai for the registration process. ^^^, great info, I will have the same problem this month.
I usually just call 1619.
What payments plans are there, monthly or yearly, my main concern is next seasons football and thereafter.
Last guy I spoke to in Lotus told me just to buy a new 6 month box to keep me going til the end of the season.

Fletch, the CTH girl phoned me today, mine expires on the 17th of this month.
She told me I can pay monthly at 7, 700 baht per month, what a bargain, is this the best bargain in Thailand?

Sorry only just seen this. The packages I looked at were here: www.gmmz.tv/package.phpI went for the Premier League HD at 1,799 baht for 90 Days (or 699 a month). My main interest was the Premier League so Stadium 1-6 and X. The more expensive packages don't have these. No idea why you can only do 90 days max for Premier League package, whereas some others can do 365. OK football season lasts 9 months but make life easy for me  |

Binned them all. CTH,True and Grammy. I run Ilikehd and kodi on my android box as well as expat tv and at one time 365 sport. My internet runs them all no problem,I'm saving money hand over fist. It will be interesting to see if Ilikehd comes up with the U.K. Prem footy next year as BeIN have won the rights,if they do I will keep using their service.

Glad I posted this thread as my 90 days was up today, so had to renew. Hardest thing was to remember which email address I used and what password I set  Just renewed it. The moment payment was confirmed via internet then it automatically allowed immediate access so I could get CTH stadium channels again. Very good. Much better than all the messing about we used to have with True. Just wish I didn't need to do every 90 days |

So it looks like one of those only in Thailand situations again.
Turned on my TV to watch the Stadium channels. Can't watch. It says:
"This Channel is Top Up Service of GMMZ PAY TV Call now 02 841 8888"
I think it's maybe something to do with that CTH/GMMZ debacle where CTH have stopped allowing GMMZ to show EPL.
Now as I bought a 90 day package from GMMZ at start of Jan and as we thought we bought a combined CTH/GMMZ box, I've no idea what to do. Except call this <duck>ers and stay on hold...
Anyone else same problem?

We pay 699baht a month for all channels, which is fine if you like crocodiles, all the wildlife/nature channels are fixated on the beasts.Or enjoy fat people stuffing themselves with food. I only know this as my wife watches said programmes between Thai soaps. I like the Thai soaps, great comedy. Well I find the slapping and screaming entertaining for a few seconds. Then back to streaming, not screaming on the computer. CTH has an office a couple of clicks away, pay and complain there. The girl manning the office is great, agrees that CTH are incompetent and bit off more than they could chew with Premiere league. Has a hotline to head office which she is calling all day. Probably why no one else can get through. |

Still havent been sent a bill.
I have spoken to the students working there, very helpful, proviso, if you go in ranting and raving and working up a head of steam forget, remain calm and talk slowly and clearly is my advice.
Tip, if you speak Thai, choose the Thai option when offered it, much easier, helps if you can also read Thai, girl talked me through the settings which were all in Thai.

Beware, the accounting dept is the BIG problem. The year before last I paid the full renewal subscription through the bank Christmas, top premiere time they cut the signal, claimed I had not renewed. To say I went balistic is an understatement, my first meeting with my now friend at the local office. Bank receipt and confirmation of payment in full three months before. Lovely girl soothed me and was on the hotline, faxed the confirmation of payment . Two hours later I was reconnected. Now I always pay cash to my friend and she phones on the hotline to make sure I am not disconnected. Amazingly I now get a bill sent each month. I say beware, you might find hidden charges for not paying. They are bullshitters. |

Is your box GMMZ or CTH? tried again at the weekend but couldn't get thru to them, so still no EPL. Although I have loads of other channels of tosh. |

Yes Fletch can still watch, box is CTH.
Have you tried unplugging, leave for about 10 seconds, turn on again and let it reboot.
From what you say, someone somewhere has went into the system and disconnected you.

From what you say, someone somewhere has went into the system and disconnected you. GMMZ previously had some form of agreement with CTH that let them show EPL that CTH had the rights for. They even marketed joint boxes between them, and we bought a box that got both CTH and GMMZ programs (or so we understood). Early Feb, CTH have stopped the agreement so GMMZ can no longer show EPL. That's the key issue. How GMMZ could sell a 3 month or any other packages in Jan, knowing that their agreement would finish in Feb is beyond me and one of those TIT things CTH proactively contacted some customers and offered them CTH boxes instead before it happened. Crossbar told me this happened to them, so they're up and running. The issue has been contacting someone at CTH/ GMMZ to get anything done, and getting thru to them. The telephone number provided just leaves you on hold for 30+ mins at a time. Tried a few times. Apparently you can also email them at CALLCENTER1619@CTH.CO.TH which is more responsive I looked up GMMZ via their Facebook page, and sent them a message there. They said they'd reply within 24 hours to my message and did. They told me to register at: welcome.cth.co.th/gep/ so I've done that. All the info is in Thai again though. I read thru it and typed the wife's details in English - my Thai typing is too slow. Once you input the box number they already had some details anyway So waiting to hear now... |

Fletch, for some reason, my CTH box was reset.
First question asked, what colour is the dish, mine is blue.
After that the girl had me go into the settings, it was something to do with K band and C band, after resetting normal service was restored, and has been problem free since,
Still no bill.
