I am definitely going to post up pics of this. Thank you. They are actually great kids and can make a few things. Coca cola spiders are the top of the range, we shall see how this goes and thanks again.

Salad dressing - get a clean jar with a tight fitting lid. Chop up chives,coriander, parsley, garlic, spring onions, ginger etc. Add to jar. A good dollop of dijon mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and an egg yellow. Close lid.
Shake, taste, add salt, pepper, chili etc. I like a bit of sour cream or mayo in there too. Shake taste, add ingredients as your taste buds need.
Each time you make it, it will taste different.
Salad. Chop or peel everything veggie edible in your fridge and put in a bowl, add the above dressing. Making sure you mix with your hands. Eat. With bread for the saucy bits.

Simple pizza for kids. Get a bag of pita bread or even use muffins as a base. Spread with Prego or any other pasta bottled sauce. Diced ham, pineapple and grated cheese and under the grill. Voila.

I saw the worst Plate of the day today outside a restaurant.
Exotic Spagetti.
Chicken, pineapple, prawns, parmesan and coconut milk. And probably some overcooked spag.
I wonder how many they sold, because it's Friday most places do fish and chips. Very well.

Mr Chef is pangasius hypophthalmus farmed in the Mekong a risk to health when eaten?
Is it riddled with poisonous bacteria and toxins, Mercury, Arsenic and DDT and antibiotics, or is that all a myth?

If you have the pleasure of getting a real truffle, put it inside your egg box in one of the egg holes and it will filter through the egg shell and your omelets or scrambled eggs shall have that unique little flavour. And you can use the truffle for other more inventive culinary delights.
I tried it once with a wee tiny truffle, and it worked.

Eaten in small quantities certainly not...but I wouldn't eat this crap because it is a biological disaster for the entire region even it taste not bad...people should boycott it

Is it worth binning it? Don't bin it.bread or batter it fry or deep fry it and enjoy (as is said before it tastes nice) but don't buy it again for ecological reasons...just have a look at Google

The fillets are huge, a lot of (if not most) UK fish n chip shops in pikey land sell this as cod.

Need a good recipe for mayonnaise Mr Chef, any good options?? 1 egg yolk 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or better white balsamic vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard and vegetable oi...and here starts the problem: olive oil is too bitter,and most veg oils here are stored in the sun though they taste rancid may you buy at tesco all ingredients should have the same temperature mix the yolk,vinegar and the mustard together and than add drop by drop the oil while whisking it until you get the right consistency season with salt pepper and a pinch of sugar Should the Mayo split just add some water and whisk again

The fillets are huge, a lot of (if not most) UK fish n chip shops in pikey land sell this as cod. It is cheap,tastes good and has no strong fish flavour...that's the reason the demand is immense and the poor Vietnamese try to make some bucks out of it and in ten years the Mekong delta is doomed...
