Just to actually quantify the status of a ''gentleman'' see the classification of such a being in the quote below.

There are a lot of freaks holed up in Ubon. From what I have been told by people who have been there, the reason they lay low there is because it is such a shithole a lot of people could not be bothered going there to look for them.
