The Mall Bang Kapi has an excellent selection of beers, if you rock up at my gaff and knock three times I might allow you a sniff from the gate as I induldge. Yo Big Man, ref your 90 day report, I dont do social media, however ref your question, why does it take so long.
There is no screening of applicants prior to them reaching the counter.
Ploblems include but no limited to.
Idiots from other provinces trying to do a 90 day in Bkk.
Idiots who speak neither Thai or English, they dont understand what the IO is asking.
Idiots who dont know where they live, they dont bring a website link to the apt they live in, a fakebook link or condo flyer.
The poor IO is then wasting her time trying to phone the condo and confirm the address.
Its my experience they get through about 50 numbers per hour.
For some strange reason, the numbers reset at 699, so if you are number 30 in the afternoon and the counter number reads 650, it means you are the 79th person in line.
Prices for visa agents in Bkk, 4 x 90 day check ins per year, 2000 baht, ME permit, 4,000 baht.
You know it makes sense, just do it.
