You didn't mention which colour she got?
The red actually doesn't look too bad considering Ferrari is the only car that suits red usually.

^^^ I would be more concerned about getting the cost of drilling out 6 inch holes in the floorwell, not mentioned the cost of hello kitty spikes and handbags to go with this new purchase.
No self respecting Bkk hottie would be seen driving the sois of Bkk in such a farmers daughters car, more face to be gained by driving a fully loaded D Max.

That is, of course, if the finance gets approved. If not, we'll just need to push the whole Tabien Baan issue and I'll get the finance approved under my name. |

At least I don't need to go to immigration every time I want a residency certificate. I'm a permanent retiree so I don't need a work permit to qualify for finance. They only need to contact my bank manager and verify that I have sufficient funds to buy the car outright, but I would prefer the money work for me than depreciate in a motor vehicle. |

Go for it, understand. For me its cheaper and less hassle to get a certificate of residence from CW (200 baht) that the rip off prices charged by Brit House. I concur, its better to have the money in the bank working for me, and paying less in Honda finance. I stick to the old adage, if it appreciates, buy it, if it depreiciates, rent it. We have a car here, to be honest, in real terms its a waste of money, only bought for convenience purposes, financially, it makes no sense to own one in Bkk. |
