Yes, JD, I agree with what you say, to a point, but I am not silly enough to blame the "left" for Trump going to war with Russia. That is actually quite comical. Too many qualified people, who are far smarter than either you or me, have listed Trump's faults and why he is not fit to be the POTUS. You are quite ready to list the smear campaign aimed at him but you seem to forget the dirty tricks and barefaced lies he has pulled and told. Enter "trump lies" into Google, there are over 83 million listings ! Harping on about the left may work on some people but the smart ones can see what is going on. You should man up and accept the fact that this guy is a nutter and should not be in such a position. Even FOX, a long time supporter of anything to do with Republicans has attacked him, for constantly lying. And that's not a leftie site, that is from FOX ! To muddle to waters a bit more. 100 investigators of the BAO "POTT" part of the BKA are involved in the terrorist case. The explosives in the pipe bombs might possibly come from Army Depots. This is still being checked. THe military style detonator suggests specific knowledge, but the detonators are not easy to acquire. Furthermore there is still doubt whether the bombs were detonated by islamic terrorists. Latest news has the German police apprehending a 28yr man with German/Russian nationality. The man Sergej W. was already under suspicion. It seems shortly before the terrorist attack the man was speculating the shareprice of the German Sportsclub would suddenly fall (speculation with options caught the attention of the stock exchange watchdog).
So, terribly sorry and all that, but it doesn't seem to be the Muslims (again) as some speculated.

Latest news has the German police apprehending a 28yr man with German/Russian nationality. The man Sergej W. was already under suspicion. It seems shortly before the terrorist attack the man was speculating the shareprice of the German Sportsclub would suddenly fall (speculation with options caught the attention of the stock exchange watchdog). So, terribly sorry and all that, but it doesn't seem to be the Muslims (again) as some speculated. Sensible political pundits will be turning off the telly and ignoring nonsense on the ole interweb for the next 48 hours. France has a huge event looming, and the establishment is acting in desperation to halt voters fondness for Ms Le Pen. The will be lots of distractions, diversions, mentally ill Norwegian excuses etc etc. Now, it may well turn out that a short seller was responsible for the bomb blasts, white collar crime is by no means a new invention. But so far the evidence is that he short sold options in the team and was staying in a hotel with a view of the road the bus would travel. Oh, and he has knowledge of electrics. Forget a trial lets hang him now should we? Nice and tidy, case closed, move along folks. This reeks of desperation to hang the attack on anybody but you know who. |

The chap who was apprehended a week after the attack had his trial started today and confessed. Seems he was speculating on some stock exchange fluctuations. A Dutch news site just had a short item saying 'German news sites reported from the court session today'. Not on news sites yet, probably end of the day or tomorrow. In Dutch "De verdachte van de aanslag op de spelersbus van Borussia Dortmund op 11 april vorig jaar heeft maandag bekend een explosief te hebben geplaatst langs de route die de bus reed. Hij ontkent dat hij de spelers wilde doden. Dat werd duidelijk tijdens een zitting voor de rechtbank, melden Duitse media. Sergey W. zegt dat hij niet de intentie had om mensen te doden met de aanslag. "Ik heb spijt van mijn daad", aldus de 28-jarige verdachte.
