Really? The BBC identifies him as Sergei Wenergold. "in line with German privacy rules" Which part would you like me to explain? How could the BBC get the man's full name if it were protected by German privacy rules?

The fact that the German Newspapers only talk about "Sergej W." doesn't mean his full name isn't known. Like the BBC also American, Canadian, South African, Nigerian and the UttarPradesh news site print his full name. Different privacy rules, different interpretation of privacy. Not sure about the 'why'. Also in the Netherlands the suspect is identified in news as 'first_name first_letter_last_name' Cheers, uncle rub l.

And then when FINALLY the name was leaked there was an almighty hue and cry to discover who had leaked the name. Now, for once without going on anti British/Christian/crusades diatribes can you answer why it was withheld when protocol is clearly as you state that the first name and initial are released. Thanks. gellerreport.com/2017/08/khalid-karmaoui-car-jihad.html/

Thanks. gellerreport.com/2017/08/khalid-karmaoui-car-jihad.html/Faulty logic. IF and only IF a name is mentioned it should be in the format indicated. It's a rule, but I'm not sure it's the law. Haven't look into law books as yet. German rules that is. When the investigation(s) are in a delicate stage names as well as further details are withheld. You can't solve a crime and catch criminals if you have the whole world looking what you're doing like it's a reality show. All properly documented of course for later, but it's a matter of 'need to know'. As for the the info on the web site, just the usual conspiracy theories I've been trying to fight a few times here already. There are hundreds if not thousands or more of incidents with cars world wide but your only interested in possibly the driver causing an accident has an 'interesting' name. You're just full of hatred, sick really.
