I should change that to a 'bodily fluids juice diet' then me, agree with you on the rest. There is no miracle diet that is going to make you lose weight and keep it off long term without good eating habits and lifestyle.
You don't need to be a gym slave or a treadmill hamster, you don't need to cut out all indulgences, to maintain a healthy weight, lifestyle is what it's all about. Metabolism, genes play a part too. Change daily rituals and habits, that will go a long way towards it. All these silly diets and weight loss programs, no thanks.

Juice diet is a fad, sorry hippity, dreamt up by stick insects who also smoke two packs of fags a day to maintain their stick-insectness. Most of these diets have no real good long term benefits or effects and could leave you with deficiencies and other disorders such as cravings for things. The only juice diet I'm ever planning to be on is manjuice, has great skin benefits too that one. Not interested in trying that jusice diet........I have heard it is fattening. Now I wonder if woman juice works better..... All of those fad diets do not work, Only one way...do a little more each day and eat normally except for being mderate on Maccas and Icecream etc, Can't beat the fanny batter , it does work wonders .

Day 3 and 113.6kg. That's nearly 2 kg in 2 days.
Feeling wise I've had headaches and felt lethargic which is no surprise there. That video said there'd be days like this for the first 5 days. I definitely get a huge rush of energy when I drink it but after an hour that's gone.

I fancy some nice hamburger juice. What say you hippity? Good idea that, throw a hamburger through the juicer and indulge some, actually these juicer machines, my friend in Ozland bought one when he broke his jaw playing rugby so he could make food he could suck up through a straw, used to throw all sorts of cool stuff in it, even beeeeeeeeeeeeeer. Beer is vegetarian no?

Your metabolism is slowing down as your body is starting to shut down to conserve energy. By day 7, you will start to hallucinate no doubt if you are feeling light headed already, your blood pressure, major organs are in alert mode. Better not drive or operate heavy machinery.

Been there, suffered it, kicked it into touch.Went back to normal diet,smaller portions better balanced ,it worked it didn't harm my health. Hippity . Dump it before you do further damage to yourself physically and mentally and finally wreck your previously working well metabolism.

Here you go, and I've never been on a diet. Balance, healthy lifestyle, moderation, swimming. About it. I love cheese, chocolate, vino but I never go over board. Get older you can't defy the age factor here.

Like I said I'm gonna start incorporating food like salad and chicken, tuna, that type of stuff. Just juice is a killer but I'll have a juice in the morning and at night then try to stop eating after 6pm. Beers definitely a killer on the gut. I'll cut back but no way I'm giving beer up altogether.

^Don't pay them mind, hippity. It sounds like no one knows a thing about juicing. Most people juice for 3-10 days to reboot and clean out the system/organs. Juicing gives you pure nutrients into the bloodstream that you just can't get because of chemicals/toxins and that fact that most people don't eat that well.
Read the site I mentioned. There is loads of information on juicing. Try it for a week and you'll notice a huge change. I went off my acid reflux pills after my first 6 day juicefast. Juicing isn't a diet, it is a way to reboot and clean the system from shit that's been accumulated in your organs. Fasting has been around for eons, whether juice, water, or not eating at all. It can kick start a healthy lifestyle.
