^Don't pay them mind, hippity. It sounds like no one knows a thing about juicing. Most people juice for 3-10 days to reboot and clean out the system/organs. Juicing gives you pure nutrients into the bloodstream that you just can't get because of chemicals/toxins and that fact that most people don't eat that well. Read the site I mentioned. There is loads of information on juicing. Try it for a week and you'll notice a huge change. I went off my acid reflux pills after my first 6 day juicefast. Juicing isn't a diet, it is a way to reboot and clean the system from shit that's been accumulated in your organs. Fasting has been around for eons, whether juice, water, or not eating at all. It can kick start a healthy lifestyle. And that about sums it up, its not a diet, no way are you going to shift 30 kilos of lard by juicing.

Just as a though there is probably a ''Swiss Miss'' we know who would benefit from a juice diet regime as per the one being followed by hippity. Drunk baby In her case, 'The Ye Olde alcoholic potato juice' one doesn't count.

Like I said I'm gonna start incorporating food like salad and chicken, tuna, that type of stuff. Just juice is a killer but I'll have a juice in the morning and at night then try to stop eating after 6pm. Beers definitely a killer on the gut. I'll cut back but no way I'm giving beer up altogether. Stick with me matey boy, you can drink as much beer as you want, eat what you want. But please dont give me heaps when I rawk up at your door at 6 in the morning with a pair of running shoes in my hand and take you for a swift 8 kms/5 miles run, FS its almost walking pace. Then when you finish work I will be there again at 6 in the evening for another 8 kms. Up for it?

Okay dokay, how about I rawk up on my bike, we can do a swift 32 kms, may take anywhere from 55-75 minutes depending on gears used, but will not be less than 32 kms. See you again at 6 in the evening for another 32. No problemo for someone who can squat 160 kgs, your quads are up for it, are you?

Yeah I was a bit p**sed the other week and put 1 of my brothers on 1 shoulder and the other brother over the other shoulder and squatted them both 3 times so that's 80kg each brother. But the bike ride sounds better. Cycling is enjoyable except through Bangkok traffic.

So I lost it yesterday. I'm off the rails so to speak after the wife cooked a delicious krapow from the seeds we sneakily brought back from Thailand and grew. Yep go on you can say it~ you've got zero willpower hippity.
I think pure juice diet you will loose heaps of weight, but sticking to it is torture.

Squats are probably the best exercise you can do for health and all over body strength, they may not be pleasant but are worth doing.
If you want to lose weight by exercise though you need a heart rate monitor for best results, you need to know your resting heart rate and working heart rate and do a few calculations.
Set it into the monitor and it will beep when your over exercising to prevent lactic acid locking up the muscles.
It's all based on a percentage between your resting heart rate and working heart rate.
Size, strength and endurance all lie at different levels.

Isn't there something called a 5/2 or 4/3 diet that works? You do what you normally do for 5 days then juice/diet the other 2.

As I said, which I don't think you are reading, it isn't a diet. Juice for three to ten days to clean out your system. Then go to once a day and you'll feel great. Enjoy! Last time I say anything on this thread.

Juice drinking drops heaps of kg quickly plus also cleans out the system but to really detox takes 7 years because that's how long the body takes to replace all the cells in it.
