Above pics , front verandah and a bit of the front door.
Kitchen. Built by my bil. He used ugly tiles but he's a good builder so I forgive him.

We must be related. My bil did the exact same thing. Up to you, but I took all my light switches and power outlets from Australia and put Australian plugs on everything. A lot better quality than local crap.

A lot better quality than local crap. Yes local stuff isn't very assuring I agree but there is quality in Thailand like Schneider etc. Any of the major home stores stock the good stuff. Tbh these days our aussie stuff like Clipsal is now made in China or at least the components are.

I have heard these "Chinese" rumours but all the stuff I get is made in Adelaide. Anyway as long as you are happy.

Squashed up trying to fit the eaves under the main roof and verandah roof. I knew it was gonna be an issue but I learnt early on unless I saw a big issue , its easier to just walk away and let them deal with it.

They sold out to a Swiss company think it was a few years ago now. The place basically went to ruin after that with so many jobs gone.

Ok. I got all my electrical stuff through work. Good enough for a power station, good enough for me. All laid in conduit. Your outfit looks safe and quality. Some of these Thai installations are deathtraps.

Some of these Thai installations are deathtraps. Totally agree. Ive got 2 bathrooms in the house but opted for a Thai bathroom outside with a bucket of water over the head instead of those electric in shower water heaters. I just refuse to use those things.

Ceilings in. Im not a fan of the way they run the butt joints in a line. They're meant to be staggered . Similar to how bricks should run on a wall.

Most things I upgraded to bigger better including the cement posts. This one I was gonna get removed but a bunch of monks blessed it and put something underneath it , so now it has to stay . I'll get the bil to stone it or something .
