So pig faces are out then? 555 A delicacy here. That reminds me of when I was working as a supervisor on the building of the Tsing Ma bridge. We had a ground breaking ceremony (a Bai Sarn) in which there was a large amount of alcohol consumed. the next morning I was in front of the project manager for my behaviour. The PM informed me that I had been walking around with a pig's head on the top of my head (wearing it like a hat). I of course denied this until he informed me that he had taken a photograph of it. I ended up getting an official bollocking.

You used to hang around morgues <Fantasy boy>? Interesting hobby. I went out with a med student back in my uni days, we watched autopsies together. ( on video as part of his studies) I kid you not. Dinner and a movie takes on a whole new meaning.

Depends on the breed, the meat of some ducks is bitter, rotten and makes people sick to the stomach What about the honey badger? Edible ? I would think not, and most likely carry some very nasty diseases I know people who have eaten porcupine, haven't tried it, but think I would stay well clear of trying to eat a Honey badger, first problem I think would be catching the the little f ckr

But pork takes good. Bacon, pork chops, crispy pork rind. One thing about working in a Muslin nation is pork was prohibited, love the stuff, can't go without bacon or ham and substitutes just aren't the real deal. Turkey pastrami instead of ham on Hawaiian pizza ugh. Which Muslim nation? Brunei, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain for work. Not sure what they did in Oman, lovely place, but lots of bacon/pork/ham substitutes. That was a few years ago and in Brunei they had a special blacked out section of the supermarket where you could buy a limited selection of pork products. Other places not worth the effort.

BOOM <duck>ing BOOM Surely then there would be no badger left to eat ? Would you like some badger with your lead sir

I think Balut is still one of the most disgusting foods I have tried, and I will not be having it again. In fact Philippines is not exactly renowned for it's food, probably the worst in SEA IMO.
Anything from Chesters in Thailand is also on the avoid list

So would anyone here eat human......if it wasn't illegal? Eating human is not illegal (at least not in the UK) killing someone to eat them is murder though. Say, if I had a liver transplant, I could offer you the old one to fry up, no crime has been committed.

Many interesting people on this forum. And a few whack jobs too. Your assessment is important, I hope I fall in to the first category

Say, if I had a liver transplant, I could offer you the old one to fry up, no crime has been committed. My liver would get you p**sed. I'm sure eating human must be illegal even if the meal had not died of natural causes.
