My boys love chicken wings, wish a chicken had four wings to keep everybody happy. I always do sides of wings as they fight over them. The Canadian bar off Thonglor does a couple evenings a week 300 Baht all you can eat wings. They have about 30 different types....man my mouth is watering at the thought!

Here is a Southern China delicacy and one I had in Songklah. Cooked the right way they are not too bad but I gave them up after I cracked a tooth on a bone a couple of years ago. You have been to enough Sunday morning dian xin to know that you should've spat the bone out on the table before that happened.

555 Try eating the slippery things with chopsticks, that's an artform in its own right. I'm pretty good with picking up things like peanuts with chopsticks but chicken feet are another story....I once dropped a chicken foot down my cleavage in some posh restaurant. Never been more embarrassed.
