The scum off of rice pudding....I'm in the hate camp....and the feckin burnt whiff it gives off makes me retch. Only the bloody English could come up with a thing so foul....and then pair it with spotted dick. These bastards are evil to the core. Absolutely agree smokie. It's as bad as bread n butter pudding or sago. |

I have a confession.
I don't like rice. Not really. Having lived in Asia for close to twenty years I have over dosed on the stuff. Throw stones as you will. Paella I like, rice in some adulterated way I like, but plain old steamed rice is like eating polysyrene beads for me. ( the white balls in a bean bag chair)
