Far too complicated. Minced garlic...salt and pepper....olive oil mix it up cover the sea bass with it....add a splash of white wine vinegar and throw it in the oven for 15 mins or so. Sprinkle of parsley and a wedge of lemon and job done. Add the veg fdom the salad bar....no need for any further p**sing about. Remember....I have to justify the exorbitant cost of the oven. Fme, its Bangkoks very own Gordon Ramsey....didnt you have a challange a few weeks ago making garlic bread and now your getting all arty farty " sprigs of parsley, sea bass and olive oil" no less...is it extra vigin olive oil or just a normal virgin olive oil ? his is Bangkok it is either fake Virgin or it is just plain Olive Oil. vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/popeye/images/e/ea/Olive_Oyl_2.png |
